HOME BARISTA WORKSHOP
The Home Barista Workshop is perfect for those looking to expand their coffee knowledge and delve into the theory of espresso recipes, coffee origins, brewing basics and milk techniques.
This course is ideal for home coffee enthusiasts with a domestic espresso setup looking to strengthen their core knowledge of coffee basics.

Our advanced barista Espresso Workshop dives deep into the craft of espresso. Focusing on extraction theory, dialing in recipes, grinder calibration and understanding how origin, processing and roast profile influence flavour. This course is tailored for those looking to elevate their espresso game.
Ideal for home enthusiasts with a domestic espresso setup who want to refine their skills and build a stronger foundation in precision brewing.

LATTE ART WORKSHOP
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to master silky milk and pour simple, clean latte art. You’ll learn the fundamentals of milk texturing, temperature control and pouring techniques. This course includes plenty of hands-on practice. We’ll also explore the science behind milk, how proteins and fats affect texture and stability, to help you consistently create smooth microfoam. Ideal for home baristas and early-stage café staff looking to build confidence and consistency in their milk work.

BREWING & FILTER COFFEE WORKSHOP
This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone looking to build confidence and consistency with manual brewing methods. We’ll cover the core principles of filter coffee extraction, grind size, brew ratios and water quality while exploring popular brew methods like pour-over, AeroPress and French press. This session equips you with the skills to make clean, balanced filter coffee at home with a focus on technique and taste clarity.
